Is the free plan really forever?
Yes. Generate up to 2 invoices per day, download the PDF, and nothing expires. Up to 2 items per invoice, and the file carries a small "Generated with Alpha Invoice" line in the footer. We do not keep the invoice data, so the file stays on your device.
What happens to my invoices if I upgrade?
Nothing is lost — and nothing is carried over. Free invoices were deliberately never stored, so upgrading starts you with a clean Pro workspace.
Do I get charged automatically?
No. Pro runs for 30 days from the moment you pay and then ends. To keep it, pay again from the Plan page.
How do I send an invoice over WhatsApp?
On any plan, hit "Share on WhatsApp" and the PDF goes straight into the chat as a file, with our link as the message. Pro adds a public invoice link you can send as plain text, so a customer can open and download the invoice from their own phone.
What does the referral programme pay?
You get a link the moment you sign up. If the person who uses it upgrades to Pro, you are paid automatically, and you keep earning when they renew. Payouts are sent from your referral page.
